Still waiting for ebay to release my payments ,it has been over 2 days now since items were delivered and tracking proved that .Ebay said money would be paid 26th ,so if an item was showed as delivered at 10.30 am on the 24th then 2 days later is 10.30 am 26th ,I had the same with my last payment was over 2 days before payment , not good enough ebay come on .

Whilst it's true that eBay say payouts when tracking shows delivery are paid out 2 days after the delivery date, it is a Bank Holiday that may ( I know it shouldn't in this day and age of digital technology ),  delay it a day longer.

Check again tomorrow .

I’m also waiting for money to be released today for items delivered over two days ago.

Looking back over the previous few bank holidays money was available to transfer Monday 5th and also Good Friday April 18th.

Sundays are never an issue either so suddenly today money cannot be released I don’t think it’s a banking issue more likely an ebay issue.

Always happens eventually when they change a system it works for a while then not so much. Have sold on ebay since 2000 on and off and not all changes have been great over time.

Me too. They've released money on previous bank holidays and Sundays so fear it’s an ebay clutch.

Thanks for that on the sale info it says payment available 26th  ,ebay must know today is a bank holiday so they should say 27th then not 26th .I bet the payments are automated ,not a human being pressing buttons to release money ,so 2 days should be 2 days ,they pay out on a sunday and banks aren't open then so perhaps ebay can explain the difference .

Update on my payments due to be available on 26/05.

One payment appeared late afternoon yesterday 26th. ( payments usually appear in the morning)
The other two as of now 9am Tuesday 27th still stating will be in my balance 26th May

Something is wrong somewhere I’m leaving the one payment that appeared yesterday until the other two appear. When is anyone’s guess.

I have been onto chat with 2 agents this morning and eventually after 20 minutes they sorted it out and I have had the funds .To get past the Ai bot in the help i typed in Human and I was handed over to an agent

Did exactly the same AI bot tried my patience just a little bit 🤬,asked for a call back, spoke to Kenden in Germany had he had to do a manual override to get my two remaining payment to appear in my balance. The fact he had to do that would indicate an ebay glitch nothing to do with the Bank Holiday. 25 years selling on ebay tells me we are not the only two affected by this if they are inundated with call requests it may jolt them into investigating to see who didn’t hit the right key.
Within 30 minutes after the call the money was in my balance then swiftly transferred to my bank.

Sellers shouldn’t have to do this. When you have fulfilled your part of the sale, getting the money after the two waiting days should be guaranteed and automatic.

Had cause to contact customer service yesterday on another matter on my account.

The conversation developed and we talked briefly about payments and I mentioned the issues I had regarding money not being released on Monday, the agent I spoke to I think from Ireland said she had taken a few calls on Tuesday about money not being released and she admitted there were ‘slight issues’ with payments on Monday.

Yet again known issues not shared with their customer base. ebay’s major issue over the years ‘ nothing to see here ‘ attitude when there obviously is.
