ebay listening

Just read this from ebay ..................New Simple Delivery features, community events & other launches landing this March . I have read to the end of it and it shows that Ebay have listened to concerns across payout issues and simple delivery etc  ,sounds much more promising ,all we need now is for buyers to leave positive feed back when they receive the delivery are happy with it . Buyers are quick enough to open a return case so if they could leave positive feedback if they are happy when they receive the item ,we would all be happier . It doesn't cost anything to leave feed back so why do people take so long ?

Maybe Ebay could add a "received" button against each item that buyer can click on to accept that item has been received.

Some buyers won't leave feedback because of the 30 day MBG,they may think that if they do the MBG is voided.

Some buyers see requests to leave feedback as being harrassed sp could potentially leave unwanted comments.

I've just sold a £5 item which was sent with a postage stamp, so no tracking. Looked at the buyer's feedback, they have received 118 feedbacks from sellers over the last 6 months (they are a buyer only). During this period they left feedback for 1 seller!
So, that's a 14 day wait for payment for me then!

I haven't come across too many grumpy buyers most are really lovely , but recently I had one who bought an item from me greatly reduced and free postage and then asked for more discount when it arrived  because of the BPF ,I said if she wasn't happy with it she could send it back , strangely enough she declined but was grumpy with me too .
