eBay releasing

So iv jumped through all the hopes eBay has asked of me to get my release payment and apparently none of Tony options can be verified. So iv given them a call and because of this they won’t release my funds with may I add is thousands they are withholding from. Any one else had this issue if so how did you resolve it. 

they won’t even release it to speaks in eBay either. Very frustrated to say the least !

Do you know the reason of the hold, is it bank verification or orders pending on delivery? Or was a restriction/suspension placed on your account?
