They've been trying to verify my bank account 3 times already with their £0.01 deposit.
With that they are supposed to set-up Direct Debit on my bank account.
However, each time I've tried, they seem to cancel right after they send me the £0.01 and then I get a red banner saying "We're having trouble confirming your bank details"
And now my bank account is blocked and I cant re-add it again for the 4th time. (guessing cause of too many attempts to add and verify it)
I think there is a bug cause we were on a call with CS 20 minutes ago and were able to re-add the bank account with the rep.
Putting this thread out there in case someone else is experiencing it.
