eBay balance mysteriously disappeared

Logged in this morning to my account.My eBay balance shows as nil.When it should have a decent amount in it.Anyone else have the same issues?

Any unclaimed eBay Balances were paid out Tues 7th in line with the new terms of quarterly payments on the first Tuesday.

It's likely to be in your bank account already depending on the clearance times of your bank

I've had the same issue today.  After a long phone call to customer services they say there is a glitch currently on the app that does this sometimes! 

I was told to try logging in again in 24 hours... All very frustrating when eBay holds onto your money for so long now and then it mysteriously vanishes when you to withdraw it!

Yes and just checked and on the desktop version it's still showing my balance okay, but still shows zero balance on the App version. 

Very frustrating and wasted a couple of hours trying to find out what was happening...

have money in my balance and not sure where it came from

ive done some refunding last day or two and it seems eBay are calculating it wrong 

this is the app

maybe that’s the problem

I’m refunding items and it’s not coming off the balance
