eBay Balance Error

Hi, 

I sold two items, total net order earnings of £23.37 and £16.93, no fees, or charges for promotion, so a total net of £40.3. eBay balance updated this morning, two days after the items were delivered and on £31.05 shows as available?

Just to add,  I see you had some high value items for sale and sold,  did you add any reserves anywhere?

These are expensive optional listing upgrades,  costing 4% of your set reserve,  payable sale or no sale,  and it's charged the second the item goes live.

All the following upgrades are charged the same way, if added:

Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)

Subtitles: £2

Listing in 2 categories: 35p

Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)

Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p

As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button,  glance just above it,  it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.

If there is a fee amount listed there,  you have selected an upgrade,  and if you wish,  it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.
