This buyer protection is a load of rubbish . I sold an item in the 17th of Feb , posted it next day and no one has marked it as received. Now I won't get my money until the 4 th of March. 2 weeks waiting for my own money !!!!!!Not good enough 🤬🤬.

A buyer has never had the facility to mark an item as received, only to leave feedback and this has never been mandatory.

Under this new  payout system,  if you have tracking to show delivery,  have you checked this,  then your payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.  If not,  then contact Customer Services to update your tracking and release your payout.

If there is no tracking then your payout is held for 14 days.

does tracking update eventually

secondly why are sellers financially penalised for royal mails failures?

ebay didn’t have any problem before paying out instantly now it’s a week or so plus an extra two for lazy posties
