Simple delivery does not work for all items
I have just paid £3.38 for an item that should have gone through the post as a large letter of 220 gm (£1.90)
It is not the first time either.
If I had bought such a label myself and realised the error I would have been able to cancel and buy one for the correct amount but Simple Delivery wont allow me to cancel.
It is very frustrating
