Payments now AFTER delivery

What is going on with eBay now ? - As an account user since 2004 I can remember when I used PayPal and would be paid instantly into my PayPal account. Then  PayPal became a non-option. Then we got a payout two days after purchase. Now they are saying that payouts are due two days after delivery ???... Is this correct ? If it is I am going stop selling on eBay. You just know that there will be problems with deliveries or updating them. No...had enough now.

Yep,  those are the new rules now,  that is,  tracking has to show  delivery,  and your payout is then released 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking  to show delivery?  Then,  the payout is held for 14 days .

Big changes,  many opinions on this , most not in favour, pick out and join in the many long discussions on this subject on the forum,  some great heated posts!

Thankyou for your reply - it's fine , I am done with eBay now - my last item is on sale now.
It's fine if it's a £5 item but I often sell items that are £100-£250. What's next ? Will it be delay payments until satisfactory feedback has been. received ? ...
