Paid for postage - but error occurred

I paid for a label yesterday and 2.99 was taken from my  paypal account but the ebay app said an error occured (something went wrong) and it did not produce the label link. I also did not receive an email about it.

The label does not appear in the manage labels screen, so how do I get a refund?

If you got an error and no label was generated, I'd say the transaction didn't go through. In that case, PayPal should eventually reverse the funds back to your account automatically since the transaction didn't go through. 

If this is not the case, unused labels can be void for a refund. If you click here, you can see how to do it.
