Hi eBay Community,
I’m looking for some clarification.
My order earnings for a recent sale were £84.65, but my payout came to £77.55, which is a £7.10 difference I can't account for. I've double checked everything before posting to avoid wasting anyone's time on something totally obvious. I did refund another buyer for a different item I sold, and the return label was £3.55, but even factoring that in, the numbers still don't add up. I also haven’t made any purchases that would have been deducted from my eBay balance, either.
Does anyone know what might explain this missing amount?
Any help is apprecitated. Please kindly let me know if more information is required to assist me with this.
Thanks,
fourpm.

Hi fourpm, thanks for your post.
Just to confirm, I've just went through your transactions and the earnings of the order you're referring to is definitely £84.65. However, due to other transactions in your eBay account, funds were deducted from your final payout. That's why you received the amount in question.
As advised above, if you go through your transaction breakdown in your payments tab, you will see it all there, so you can see what happened. As much as we would love to walk you through all the transactions in question, we are unable to do so over here due to privacy and security reasons. If you still wish for us to do this, you can contact our customer service team, and they will happily look into it for you.
Thank you,
Marco
