Not able to use ebay balence at checkout, when I have enough to pay.

Second time having the same issue, my ebay balance at check out is unable (grayed out), it will come up with the error "Unfortunately, you don't have any eBay balance to apply towards this order. Please select a different payment method and try again." But I clearly have enough to cover the cost, last time I emailed and got the problem sorted out but I had to wait a day or two for reply. I'll email again but I was hoping for a quicker response on here. Any additional information needed please ask.

What kind of item are you trying to buy, and what kind of format is the item listed under? eBay balance, can only be used to buy item in the "Buy it now" format or "Best offer". Also, services, digital items, gift cards/coupons cannot be purchased with eBay balance, so if you are trying to buy an item like that or you're trying to pay for an auction, eBay balance will not work for you, I'm afraid. Hmm, I had the thick end of £500 in pending funds. I can buy postage from this, but I am not allowed to use it for purchasing goods as I found out 2 days ago when greedbay took over £150 out of my bank account to cover the cost of  3 model trucks that I had purchased, so that was £650+ of MY money that this greed driven company were holding. No more buying from me until funds have been withdrawn in future. I have since purchased my bubblewrap and tape from the rain forest company.
