I had 10£ available, but ebay sent me 5.70£ to my bank account.

Hi, i have sold an item couple of weeks ago for 10£ and had it as available funds until today, when ebay automatically sent money to my bank account. But not all 10£,but 5.70£. My question is why???

Go into payouts and check, have you refunded somebody, bought a label to send something?

If an amount is pending for 14 days they won't have sent it. I still have £5.60 pending until 8/4 they will only clear available balance
