Just realised you are registered in Spain.

Log out of this UK site,  and log into your homesite link below,  and try from there.

Thank you for your help in advance. The thing is that I leave in London and
not in Spain. And don’t know how to change country on eBay . And wouldn’t
like to loose my profile and antiquity.

You cannot change countries,  you cannot  merge account history now.

If you are living permanently in London now,  you'll have to open a new eBay account and register a bank account you wish to use for receiving payouts from sales as per the rules in eBay's Managed Payments.
