Accepted an offer, but listing still active and buyer can't find a way to pay through the portal

I have a listing where I accepted an offer from the buyer, it says 'awaiting payment' but they can't see it

We've gone around in circles messaging for an hour to try and fix it - but I can't make any changes to my listing and it's still live despite accepting their offer. It's taken a while to get an offer and now I'm going to lose the sale!!!

Ask your buyer if using the app or mobile browser to switch if they can to a laptop / PC and to use Chrome.  Then, to find the message in their emails,  or eBay messages and  click on view Offer.

That will bring them to eBay checkout where they can pay for the item.

Item will stay on sale until that payment is made.

Hi jc2sockets, thanks for your post.

Not sure if your buyer managed to pay for this by the time I got to see this, but I wanted to confirm that payment for the item in question was issued by the buyer, and I can see the funds in your eBay account. Once they're released, you will be able to withdraw the funds into your bank account.

Yes I was up till 3am my time with Pacific Time CS working it out lol
