Reproduction sets

There's a seller on Ebay at the moment selling tons of reproduction Mexico 70 sets - album and loose stickers. What's everyone's thoughts on this? Would you pay £150+ ? (others seem to be) Does this have any effect on the sale value of original Panini products? Cheap alternative or a cheap imitation?

Personally I wouldn't (knowingly) buy reproduction sets.  I'm sure they serve a purpose but for me the whole point of collecting any Euro/World Cup/Domestic set is that you are trying to find items that are becoming rare as time passes.  If the market becomes flooded with repros then I think we all become losers in the long term.

Maybe I'm just being too snobby 😄
