won item in US but unable to pay as eBay says they will not ship to UK

Won an item but unable to pay for it as seller does not  ship to the uk they have international shipping and everything appear good there end but UK not on the list of countries they can ship to using the eBay international shipping any help greatly appreciated as there is another item I am looking at saying the same thing. how do i contact the payment centre?

Ask your seller to put you on their buyer's exemption list see if that works.

It's down to sellers to have international shipping methods and prices on their listings.

If you go to the postage section and there's no shipping method or price to the UK then you really shouldn't bid or buy without first contacting the seller to see if they're happy to revise their listing to include it. 

If the listing has ended there's nothing you or the seller can do here except to cancel this order and then relist with UK shipping (if they are willing to).

They are set up for international shipping which is the whole world except for the UK so something is blocking g it, ebay have come back to both myself and the seller and said there is no issue!!!!
