You've had a long break since selling your last item, not only have there been big changes in how sellers are paid, any sudden selling activity on a dormant account, ca be a sign that the account has been hijacked.
Hence the longer initial hold on initial payouts for a returning seller, it's a security measure for both you and your buyers.
