I have had an item collected by my customer and the funds are awaiting release but my customer says he didn't receive a code to provide confirmation so Ebay won't release my money. I can't get hold of anyone at ebay to explain the situation, what do I do to obtain proof he had it? I have CCTV but where do I email it to?
