unknown email?

I have just had an email from ebay saying that my account details have been updated but I don't recognise the IP address and also it says I'm running windows 10 which I'm not, please advise

Click on no links in that email,  and contact eBay Customer Services they can confirm whether they sent it.

eBay will always send their messages to you through their messaging system and address you by your real name,  and not your username ID.  Did this happen?

To Contact Customer Services I recommend using the link below for a Call Back option, and call as close to 8 a.m. on weekdays as possible, as there's more chance then, of Dublin answering.

Don't enter any details into a link on the email.   You can change your password in your My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Personal Information > Sign in and security > Password > Edit.
