tracking not showing delivered

I’ve received an item but the tracking is not showing it as delivered so the seller has not yet got their payment. How can I mark the item as received? I can’t see anything in my eBay nor have I received an email with a QR code.

You cannot mark it as received there's no facility to do so.  All you can do is to leave feedback but this will not help the seller unless the item was of a value of £10 or less.

If the seller has tracking to show delivery this will release their payout 2 days after the delivery date, or they can contact Customer Services with their tracking update so the payout is released sooner.
