I have just sold my first item but I cannot despatch it. I get stuck on the 'buy postage label' page. Every time I click 'buy postage label' an 'authentication' box appears on the page, it tries to open but fails, disappears, and I get a 'Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label' message and I try again and restart the merry-go-round. Any ideas or suggestions, apart from blowing up Ebay?

Have you been able to generate the label since Saturday? The customer support you were in contact with have escalated your account to be checked.

Hi Kat. I managed to produce a different label from another page, but the original label I needed I was not able to produce. I'm not sure if the panel which tried to open on the orignal label page was for the label itself or for verification, but whichever, it wouldn't load. Must have tried over a dozen times. I think it still needs to be checked.

Your postage is 91p which is for a letter, and You can”t print a label. Write address yourself and stick a 2nd class stamp on it. You are not able to use Simple Postage as you must have been able to use CUSTOM POSTAGE!
