As a seller themselves, they should know that you have to send it to the address provided by eBay.
If they wanted it changed to a different address they should have entered this at checkout, when eBay would have confirmed it as the delivery address.
If you now send it to any other address you will not be covered by seller protection, even if tracked as delivered to the address requested.
