Cancelling

Buyer asked to cancel I went to click cancel and I pressed the wrong button now it won’t let me cancel someone help please lol

If buyer has paid they will need to do a "non receipt" case.  When you accept there will be a refund. 

If not paid then the buyer will get reminders but nothing will happen and - eventually - they will stop.
