returned goods

I have received a parcel today addressed to Dorisk which is not me. The parcel also requests a refund of £19.71

I have not sold this bakery operated dog toy or anything else for that matter. It looks like someone has used my address as a seller. I have tried all ways today to speak to an agent but without success. If I phone the automated messages just hang up as they won't connect me to an agent without reason all of which the message gives do nog apply to me. has anyone ever managed to phone and get through to a human being

Lines open for ' live agents'  at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends, at other times it's an automated chat bot.

Contact CS very first thing when the lines open as there's more chance of Dublin answering,  and report your findings.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
