I ordered for a 10.25 andriod display screen for my 2019 C300 4Matic mercedes. After several attempts the display didnt work, even after support from the manufacturer.  The item was originally shipped from China to USA but was received in Ghana. I decided to ship the item via Ghana and it has gotten to China. Only for the seller not to coorperate with customs on import docs to have the item delivered to them. 

What next steps can I take?

If you opened a return on ebay within 30 days of delivery they only require attempted delivery so escalate it to ebay using the link to do so via the return details.

If you didn't open a return on ebay you cannot do that now but contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
