My account is restricted and I do not know why . 

All ebay informations about it were not usefull at all .

Im expirienced seller 

I did not receive any email about and do not know ow to find if they send something either do not know how to remove the restriction

You need to contact Ebay and ask them what the issue is.

You are asking on the UK site,  where rules for where you are located, may be different for a restricted account,.

You need to long out of here,  and log in to www.ebay.com and ask Customer Services there, you can contact them here:
