refund

Hi All

A repeat buyer (one delivered, one posted) asked me to cancel his third order before I posted it, saying he made a mistake and wanted to buy another item. I cancelled it and money came out of my account straight away from previous sales.  As far as I can see, the buyer has now been refunded.

But the money that the buyer paid, still shows as pending,  it is safe to assume that I will be getting this money, and if so, how long it will take.

Yes, that's how ebay issues a refund.   They take it from your balance or payment source and you keep the buyer's payment when it clears.   That may take a few days but if ebay are classing you as a new seller it could take up to 30 days.
