Hi all I wanted to cancel a order for a item i brought on ebay that ive already paid for that was collection only.

I opened a return item request which wasnt correct but now it wont let me cancel order or anything is it possable to contact ebay direct via email or phone as all the site options just have me goiung around in circles

Contact the seller and ask them to cancel and refund you before you contact Ebay.

I don' t see what you expect eBay to do. If you haven't received anything yet, how can you open a return case. As you only get one chance then you can't try again.

Buyers cannot cancel an order, all you can do now is ask seller to cancel, as collection is not possible. If they won't cancel then you will have to try your payment provider to get a refund.
