refund post on combined post

Hi on item 257342903884, I refund buyer the postage but it was taken off my item not the ebay post cost

if you used ebay's simple delivery postage ebay automatically refund the buyer for any unused labels.      So any refund you issue would come out of the item price, not the postage.    You can try asking the buyer to repay it.
