refund from buyer

a buyer brought a single bed from me then cancelled item which i agreed to then i was asked to send refund to buyer which i did not thinking that they had not collected item or paid for it .. how can i get my money back off buyer ????

When a seller cancels a transaction a refund is automatically sent to the buyer if they paid.

If the buyer did not pay a cancellation cannot trigger a refund.
