Can anyone help me with explaining properly the fees that arwe charged against this category?
i understand this means they will automatically relist ? Are you paying for this service, is it cheaper with out?

This is how it works (cut and paste from ebays policy bits):
When you list an item as Good 'Til Cancelled, it will relist every month on the same day until it's sold. For example, if you list your item on the 1st of May, it will relist on the 1st of June.
If you list your item on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month, the duration will be adjusted if the following month is shorter, but will revert to the original day for longer months. For example, if you list an item on the 31st of May, it will relist on the 30th of June, and then again on the 31st of August and so on.
this will come off your monthly allowance if you have a shop for example. Depending on how many free items you can list (dependent on type of shop etc) Goto your promotions box on the hub and it will tell you how many you have used/unused. Once you go over you will be charged the appropriate rate.
