Bidder has asked me a question but I cant see where the "reply" button is in messages and ebay says to search advanced using his ident under "by bidder" but that option is not there.
There's no reply button, you just type your answer in the box below the original message. Then click on the "Send message" paper plane icon on the right. Use a desk/laptop rather than the app, if possible.
