I have bought an item and have to collect.  The pick up shop needs a QR code from me, but the seller only sent me tracking number. I have told the seller about this but says I don't need a QR code to pick it up but the pickup shop refused to release the item except they see a QR code. The delivery the seller used was amazon logistics. I don't know what to do.

Check "View order details" for the item on your purchase history or on the payment confirmation email you will have got from ebay.

If all else fails select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

Look up how 'click and collect' works in ebay guidance.

If this is what you used, Ebay should have provided a collection code for you to give the shop.
