can i now complete my purchase how can i do this on item 125645576105 it says the item is sold but it failed due to insuffient funds so then i put more funds in but can find no way to complete the purchase and pay can you tell me how much the item is in sterling and help me to pay the seller says it is paid for yet i have not completed the payment as far as I am aware so can you please look into this got stuck in limbo order I feel obligated to complete and you notified me to do so via e mail

We are not ebay so can not sort it out for you.

You should be able to go back to the item in your PUrchase history and the link to pay or the notification email.

If buying from an overseas seller did they have shipping to the UK on their listings.

If they did not then you would not be able to pay.

Go to your Purchase History and check to see if it's now showing as paid.

I find it unlikely that your seller would tell you that it's been paid for if it hasn't.
