problem with location

I won 3 items at an auction that I need to pay for. When I went to pay, I received a message that the seller does not ship to my location. My address is in UK and the seller is also from UK. I contacted him, he assured me that he can ship to my address.He also spoke with Ebay to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I still can't make the payment because I see the same message. For your information, I regularly receive items from the UK at this address.

If you're in Bulgaria and there was no shipping price and method showing there, unless your seller can send you an invoice featuring the international shipping price, you won't be able to pay.

If your seller is unable to do this, they should cancel the order and then relist with an international postage method to Bulgaria on it.

I suspect that the fact that your account is registered in Bulgaria means you are coming up against a seller block.
