postage

Sorry, fairly new to this and a bit baffled. I can send a Cd for £2.15 (I live in the Isle of man where postage costs are a little different to the UK), but Ebay are telling me the postage is £13.63 for Parcelforce Express 48, when I have listed everything as 2nd class.

Have I got my settings wrong? or is it something else.

Any help would be much appreciated before I have to delete my listings.

Somebody else this morning was seeing that astronomical rise in postage on their listing normally £2.49 now £13.63.  I checked a few of your listings none are showing that price,  perhaps you can come back and post the item number.  That will help Kat.

I'll tag kat@ebay  a community manager here, as I saw she answered a question recently,  so ' on duty' perhaps she can shed some light on this.

Two CDs I sold over the weekend both came up as £13.63 when I tried to buy
shipping. I sent them both Isle of Man Mail (Royal Mail) and marked them as
dispatched.
It doesn't show on the listing, only when I buy postage.

I know you all are busy on the Weekly Chat now,  but when completed that task , can you please take a look at this one,   from @novelexpe_99   above,  as I have seen at least 5 reports of the same issue coming through here today.
