ive been doing the simple postage but the new ebay system wont let you adjust it to give discount for mulitply items ,im having a lot of buyers cancel because they want discount on postage why are ebay not allowing this.
eBay say they're trying to fix it but it's been going on a while now. A temporary fix is to put a note on your listings that any buyers wanting to buy more that one lot should let you know first. Then you can relist those items into one listing with one postage cost.
