postage

Hello, I sold an item on Ebay and it was sold for £6.00 but the cost of the postage was taken from this so only £3.09 was paid into my account.  Why has this happened and I thouight the buyer paid postage.

The buyer pays you for postage, then you buy the postage through Ebay.

It seems you paid out more than you collected for postage though.

Thank you for your information.

May I ask,

1) How do I know if I have paid for a label?
2) how do i ensure the buyer pays for postage and not me?

Thank you
