The post office have scanned my item but then said that it had the wrong postage label. I need to change from large letter to small parcel. How can i do this? Can I pay out of the fee for this item as i don't want to bother the buyer?
You can buy the correct postage yourself from your post office. Then see if you can add the new tracking number via the dropdown menu (on a desktop browser). If not the payment will be released anyway in 14 days but you won't have proof of delivery.
