postage issues

we picked royal mail delivery service only & sold a comic a couple of days ago, print royal mail label fine.

last night we sold another comic & found we couldn't print a label & we were asked to scan QR code & deliver it to locker, when checking our postage picks, suddenly DHL & In Post were highlighted, this has meant we have lost the sale & had to cancel order

I believe you can delete those two postage options if you wish only to use Royal Mail for example,  here in your site preferences >>  Postage options:

Comic sold yesterday was freepost, so you choose how to post and pay for it with money from buyer.
