I didn't use eBay's postage system and posted item directly to buyer. My payment is now stuck in my seller hub as there's nothing to trigger delivery. How do I get the money?

Also as you didn't use simple delivery, you won't get paid for postage, 

Buyer will this refunded as label not used.
