payment on hold

i sold a item it was delivered on 4 june .tracking showed it was delivered with a photo of proof of delivery  ebay says it say not been delivered so are holding payment ,sent them a message saying item was delivered .but they still say payment on hold till delivered ,any idea whets happening   thanks

Is the tracking that is showing delivery the same as the one on ebay?   It sounds as if different postage was used.   If so ebay will hold payment for 14 days.

yes same tracking number  ....is it possible to take to somebody from ebay ,not just that stupid robot that all ways comes on ...if after 14 days will the payment go through ?

You'll get the payment in 14 days, even without tracking.    But if you want to contact ebay about it you can request a callback on here:

thanks will wait till they send payment ,,,too much hassle to contact them ,think they make it very hard to stop people doing it ..thanks again ,
