Tracking on ebay has to say Delivered or attemped delivery.
As a new or infrequent seller your money will probably be on the ebay hold for all new or infrequent sellers.

Did you sign up to manated payments before listing?
To get the money you go to Payments on the seller hub. A blue banner comes up. It will tell you how mucyh money is available and there is a blue arrow to the right. You click on that to open the payment to decide how you want your money.
Once you get up and running smoothly you will be able to access your payment more quickly
