Hi all.
I'd like a bit of advice please as with the new system I'm unsure of what to do about the following.
Sent small parcel off last Tuesday using Evri printed label and received the parcel returned today. I checked on ebay/evri tracking & it appeared there was a problem with the address the buyer has on her account so l double checked the post code against RM Postcode Finder & the whole address seems to be wrong (postcode & property name)
Strange because before printing it always used to tell me if there was a potential address error but it didn't this time. (Hope that's not yet another glitch in the Simple Delivery system)
Anyway - how do I go about getting this parcel back to the buyer (when she supplies her correct address of course) without incurring any costs
to myself
Thanks all

You would have to cancel this sale refunding buyer then relist for them to buy again.
They will have to repay for delivery after making sure their address was correct.
If you think they may not change address you can block them from buying from you here https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

Thank you for the advice.
Will refunding this have an option for just the item price (as it was buyers error) or will it include the post as well (which would come out of my account for the second time therefore it would be me paying for it)?
Or am I misunderstanding the system lol ?

The erfund will be for the full amount you received, the postage with Simple Delivery is paid to eBay and i honestly am not sure what happens with this when a refund is issued,SD terms seem to change on an almost daily basis

Around the houses with an ebay CS person who didn't understand the difference between a buyers error & a used label rather than non-used label but .... eventually I hammered it in & got to a solution.
Thank you for your help with this.
