paid for postage label on e bay . label printed out at sorting office without address on it

was un able to use it so re ordered another one which i payed again same thing happened both at sorting office and the post office blank label ,so i payed over the counter at post office so now ive been trying to get my money back from un used labels on ebay tracking it says item Accepted at both the sorting office n post office  Order number: 06-11354-47127  SOLD ON 22ND MARCH so im owed 6pound n 58 pence not going to use ebay postage again  HELP PLEASE

You may need to wait 24 hours for those unused labels to show,  before being able to void them and receive a full refund.

Then,   find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 7 days to process.
