order cancelled but still charged me shipping fee

The buyer wants to cancel the order after I purchased the shipping label, after cancellation the shipping fee is still charged

If this was outside of the Simple Delivery system you should be able to void it from your seller hub.    Go here:

On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions".   Click on that then click on "Void Label".   The refund will take between 5 and 7 days to process.
