Then you can cancel the sale using the reason 'buyer did not pay'.

Add them to your blocked bidders list.

If the buyer has paid, the item will be showing in 'orders' as 'paid, dispatch now' in which case you need to print the label and send the item.

You are an infrequent seller so you may have to wait for Ebay to release the money to you, but you can check the status and date available here:  Payments
