non paying bidder leaving negative feed back

e ago i sold a motorhome on ebay but the winning bidder didn't pay and after the auction cancelled the sale  I just noticed that they have left me negative feed back  I have been o ebay for many years and never had any negative feed back can I get this changed?

That feedback is too old to change.

If you cancelled that as unpaid you should've got a credit for your eBay fees and your buyer would have been unable to leave any feedback.

As pointed out by @papso22 , it's too late to apply to have that feedback removed now.

How long after the auction did you cancel and what reason did you use?

When buyer does not pay, you cancel after 4 days, that is on day 5 using reason Buyer did not pay.

That gives non payer an unpaid strike, no feedback can be left and selling fees are refunded.
