Two things in the case you have open, goto your seller hub and the item you have the case open for, and there should be a button wording something like ask ebay to step in (its similar), it may well be that if you are to receive it by the 7th it will be end of the day, so that feature may not be available until the 8th, where ebay step in, as at this point matters are automated, and its done to the minute from when the case was opened.
